True

Ever read C.S. Lewis' 'Chronicles of Narnia'? Great family reading around Christmas time (or any time)...

"Welcome, child," he said.
"Aslan," said Lucy, "you're bigger."

"That is because you are older, little one," answered he.
"Not because you are?"

"I am not. But every year you grow, you will find me bigger."

-C.S. Lewis, 'Prince Caspian'-

May it be so...

V, this is one of my favorite Narnia passages! We must be sisters. ;) Sometimes I wish Jesus really was a talking lion, in a literal sense, in whose mane I could bury my face. Is that heretical?

Paul - glad this was helpful. Funny; this post was inspired by 'work junk'. After 2+ hours paging through Dilbert books for the perfect sarcastic quote (that I could blame on Dilbert) :-), I went to the master of quotes instead... Lewis always has some good wisdom to share. Hope your day was better today!

Mune - hope it's not heretical; I'm in the same boat! :-)
